About Broadacres

An area bounded by William Nichol on the East, Dainfern townships on the North, Cedar Lakes and Chartwell on the West and Fourways Gardens in the South. The area traditionally comprises township extensions for Broadacres, Kengies & Stratford, excluding Dainfern.

Broadacres Centre is the main shopping facility in the area and houses a Virgin Active Gym as well as a Barnyard Theatre in the complex. The Spar Supermarket is considered the groups' best in S.A.

The area is predominately residential in the form of new Sectional Titles and Clusters/Estates. There is a large element of Open and Semi Developed land. A major proposed East/West dual carriageway will in due course carve Broadacres into segments!
