Bounded on the South by the Klein Jukskei Spruit, the Klein Jukskei River on the West, Cedar lakes/Chartwell in the North and Cedar road on the East. It comprises the township extensions of Witkoppen, Maroeladal, Needwood and Craigavon AH designated areas.

The farm area also includes the area on the South of the Klein Jukskei Spruit but north of Witkoppen Road, as well as including Waterford Estate and Sibiti Private Reserve.

The area is predominately residential in the form of Sectional Titles and Clusters, as well as several up-market estates.
