Twenty-five years ago Lonehill, Pineslopes and Beverley consisted mainly of open spaces, a nine-hole golf course, no shopping centre, school or office park. In the early stages of development only houses were built in this area resulting in most of them being 20 or more years old. Thereafter cluster complexes were built followed by sectional title.
